Circuitry.ai Raises Seed Funding to Lead in Decision Intelligence

October 2, 2025 By admin Leave a Comment

Circuitry.ai, a rising force in Decision Intelligence, has announced the close of its seed financing round, a milestone that underscores the growing momentum behind its mission to transform service operations for manufacturers of complex, mission-critical equipment. The round was led by DeepWork Capital, a Central Florida–based early-stage venture capital firm known for backing entrepreneurs with strong domain expertise, with participation from Florida Opportunity Fund, Lasagna, and Lookout Ventures. This diverse investor base positions Circuitry.ai to accelerate its platform expansion and deepen its strategic reach across industries facing mounting service challenges.

At the heart of Circuitry.ai’s value proposition is the concept of the Autonomous Service Journey, an end-to-end framework that leverages AI workers, advisors, analysts, and agents to orchestrate service decisions. By delivering the “Right Fix, Right Part, and Right Decision” throughout the lifecycle of service, the company addresses pain points such as technician shortages, rising operational costs, fragmented service data, and warranty inefficiencies. According to founder and CEO Ashok Kartham, the platform’s Decision Intelligence layer creates measurable ROI by improving technician productivity, enhancing parts accuracy, optimizing warranties, and ultimately driving superior service outcomes.

The investment not only validates Circuitry.ai’s approach but also brings seasoned leadership to its board. Ben Patz, Managing Partner at DeepWork Capital, will join the company’s Board of Directors, contributing his experience in scaling technology ventures and building category leaders. Patz emphasized that Circuitry.ai’s deep domain knowledge and purpose-built AI technology position it to redefine how manufacturers approach service, warranty, and parts management. The endorsement reflects a broader investor confidence that Circuitry.ai can establish itself as a leader in Service Decision Intelligence, an emerging category at the intersection of AI and industrial service operations.

With this new capital, Circuitry.ai plans to expand its engineering and go-to-market teams, strengthen integrations with leading service management platforms, and broaden the adoption of its Autonomous Service Journey framework across key sectors. The company is targeting industries such as automotive, heavy equipment, industrial systems, HVAC, and medical devices, all of which are under pressure to modernize service operations in the face of increasingly complex equipment, skilled labor shortages, and rising customer expectations. The combination of fresh funding, an expanded investor network, and a sharpened product roadmap sets the stage for Circuitry.ai to deliver transformative change in how service ecosystems function.
