Cloud4Wi Acquires WiTech to Boost Presence in the European Market

Cloud4Wi, provider of the industry’s leading location service solutions, today announced its recent acquisition of WiTech, a leading WiFi solutions and managed services provider operating in Europe.

“We are delighted to welcome WiTech’s team to our family,” said Andrea Calcagno, CEO and Co-founder of Cloud4Wi. “This acquisition is part of our growth strategy, which is focused on boosting our presence in our target markets and bringing key talent under the Cloud4Wi umbrella,” Calcagno added.

The WiTech acquisition will enable Cloud4Wi to enhance their advanced services for large enterprise customers and increase revenue growth. The terms of the deal and purchase price of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Cloud4Wi offers a product suite of enterprise guest WiFi, location analytics and location-based marketing products that help companies collect customer insights. Empowered with in-depth knowledge of who customers are and how they behave, companies can better engage on-site customers. Cloud4Wi works with enterprises across multiple industries – retail chains, restaurant chains, shopping centers, transportation, hospitality, finance and more.

WiTech’s team brings tremendous experience in offering managed WiFi services. WiTech serves a large and diverse base of enterprise customers and service providers, including Bata, Coop, Klepierre, MaxMara, Prada, TIM, Vodafone, and Wind.
