Is Pipedrive with 77 employees and 10,000 small business customers taking on Salesforce in Davis vs Goliath situation? No, Pipedrive targets very distinct niche with its user-friendly cloud-based software and very affordable pricing ($12 per user per month) and this niche is the huge and separate market in its own right. Companies like Pipedrive are weaving infrastructure fabric that increases productivity of SMEs by orders of magnitude without burdening small businesses with enormous licence fees and complicated contracts so common in the big guys’ IT world.
