DevOps Engineer

Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Our company is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and maintenance of our software applications. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure our software is delivered in a timely, efficient, and secure manner.

Responsibilities:

Automate software deployment, testing, and configuration management using tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Docker
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of software releases
Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and scalability
Implement and maintain security measures to protect software systems and data
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software deployments and infrastructure
Maintain and improve development and deployment processes and workflows
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a portfolio of completed projects
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and tools
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or Java
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
