Virgin Orbit, a subsidiary of Virgin Galactic (NASDAQ: VORB), has signed a follow-on launch services agreement with Polish satellite manufacturer SatRev. The agreement will allow SatRev to launch 500 kg of satellites over multiple launches from Mojave Air and Space Port in California, USA and other international launch sites in 2023 and beyond. Virgin Orbit has already delivered four satellites built by SatRev to Low Earth Orbit using its LauncherOne system. The two companies anticipate launching a new batch of satellites as soon as 2023. The CEO of Virgin Orbit, Dan Hart, said the company is excited to build upon the strong relationship with SatRev and provide launch services for many years to come.
